1. Services We provide handheld LiDAR / reality-capture surveys using iPhone Pro and other devices and deliver point clouds (.E57/.PLY), PDFs, and optional BIM files.

2. Booking & Access You must provide safe, clear access to the areas to be scanned. If access is delayed or denied, we reserve the right to charge a £150 aborted-visit fee.

3. Pricing & Payment Prices are as quoted or listed on the website. 50 % deposit required for jobs over £1,000. Balance due on the day of the survey (bank transfer or card via Stripe link). All prices exclude VAT (currently 20 %).

4. Turnaround “Same-day” means deliverables sent before midnight on the day of the visit (unless agreed otherwise). Canvas / DWG / Revit add-ons: 24–72 hours if requested.

5. Accuracy Handheld LiDAR accuracy is typically ±15 mm. Suitable for fit-out coordination and as-built records, but not for structural engineering sign-off unless agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation – More than 48 hours notice → full refund of any deposit – Less than 48 hours → 50 % of quoted fee retained – Less than 24 hours or no-show → full fee payable

7. Liability Our total liability is limited to the value of the survey fee paid. We carry £1m public liability insurance.

8. Intellectual Property You own the delivered files. We may use anonymised images/scans for marketing (faces, logos, and sensitive areas always blurred).

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
