Snapscan3D (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.

What information we collect – Name, company, phone number, email address when you contact us or book a job – Project address and basic details needed to carry out the survey – Photos/point-cloud data of the site (only with your permission)
How we use it – To arrange and carry out surveys – To send quotes, invoices and deliverables – To contact you about future jobs (you can opt out any time)
Who we share it with – Only trusted subcontractors if we need help processing large scans (Canvas, etc.) – Accounting software for invoicing (currently Stripe / FreeAgent) – We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
Data storage & security – All files are stored on encrypted UK/EU cloud services (iCloud, Google Workspace, Wix) – Point clouds and photos are deleted 12 months after project completion unless you ask us to keep them.
Your rights You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time. Just email 3dsnapscan@gmail.com
